1. Manufacturer gives warranty for 12 months from the date of furniture sale.
  2. In case of small defects the repair takes place in the buyer’s home.
  3. If the repair is not possible in the buyer’s home the repair of defects takes place in the factory.
  4. Manufacturer guarantees good quality and proper functioning of the piece of furniture when maintaining the correct rules of the intended use within 12 months from the date of sale (the issue date).
  5. To check the quality, the furniture should be unpacked by the seller and shown to the buyer in order to prove that the goods conform with the contract.
  6. There may be shades of tint depending on the  incidence angle of natural and artificial light, which is not a flaw subject to claim.
  7. In case of placing the order again, one needs to bear in mind that dyeing may be slightly of a different tinge.
  8. Non-conformity of the goods with the contract should be notified within one week after noticing it to the sales furniture department.
  9. Before filing a complaint of a  guarantor, the seller  should make the inspection of the goods on his/her own. A written notification of the complaint ( with a postmark date and the confirmation of the facsimile) is required.
  10. In case of complaints not being resolved on spot and immediately by the seller, the seller is obliged to confirm the acceptance of complaint in writing.
  11. Guarantor within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the complaint shall notify the purchaser that the claim is or is not well founded, or shall report to the buyer the necessity to inspect the goods and possibly when and how to settle the complaint.
  12. In the event of unjustified complaint, the buyer is obliged to cover the costs incurred in connection with the arrival of the service.
  13. When warranty card is accepted by the buyer after the purchase of furniture that is tantamount to purchase completion and quantitative and qualitative collection and thus confirming by the buyer that no external defects or damages of any kind are present.

The buyer whose claim is valid may demand:

  1. The seller to remove the flaws of the piece of furniture, or deliver the furniture free of defects on his/her own to the designated place which has been indicated on the warranty or to the place where the furniture was dispatched.
  2. The buyer has the opportunity to replace the goods for new goods, free of defects, after the earlier four  major  and documented repairs of the furniture.(after the replacement of goods for new ones, a new warranty period does not apply).
  3. In case of the flaw is not removable, or its removal would reduce the quality of the furniture, the complaint’s settlement may be made with the consent of the buyer to the lower price of the furniture.
